Currently, kits available for the B737 series aircraft
Installation fully supported at an MRO of your choice
Tanks mounted in the aft and/or forward cargo bay
Each system consists of a Master tank and slave configuration
Only the master tank is a “hard installation”
Master tank contains all fuel transfer, management and quantity indicating systems
Slave tanks can be added or removed on the line within a few hours. No shop visit required.

Master tank = 449 US gallons / 3,008 Lb. / 1,364 kg / 1.36 tons
Slave aft = 359 US gallons / 2,405 Lb. / 1,090 kg / 1.09 tons
Slave fwd = 419 US gallons / 2,807 Lb. / 1,273 kg / 1.27 tons
Master tank = 449 US gallons / 3,008 Lb. / 1,364 kg / 1.36 tons

Approximate aircraft down time for kit installation is 45 days
Master tank kit comes complete with ability to add in slave tanks at a later time
The Long Range™ system allows maximum flexibility in tank configurations as each slave tank is an LRU – Line Replaceable Unit.
In a matter of hours, tanks can be removed to expand the cargo volume or added to extend the aircraft range.
